Subscriptions & billing

Subscribe through Google Play to unlock staff devices, catalog photos, and optional online storefront.

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Overview

Posh inventory and optional POS run on your device without a subscription. Cloud sync during setup is included on all tiers. Paid plans through Google Play unlock staff devices, catalog photos, and the online storefront.

Admins manage subscriptions in Settings when cloud sync is active. Billing goes through Google Play—you do not enter card details inside Posh.

Plans

Solo — free

  • Owner device only (no staff invite codes)
  • Full offline inventory and optional POS on the admin device
  • Cloud sync included

Team — ₱99/month

  • Admin plus two staff devices (cashier or inventory tablets)
  • Catalog product photos with cloud sync

Commerce — ₱199/month

  • Everything in Team
  • Online storefront: web catalog and web orders
  • Team subscribers upgrade via a single prorated Play replacement (₱199/mo total, not stacked with Team)

Subscribing

  1. Complete store setup and cloud sync as admin.
  2. Open Settings → Subscriptions (when shown).
  3. Choose Team or Commerce and complete purchase in Google Play. Team subscribers tap Upgrade on Commerce to replace their subscription.
  4. Posh verifies the purchase and updates your store entitlements automatically.

Additional devices

Team and Commerce include two staff devices beyond admin. For more registers, contact the developer from Settings—additional seats are configured on your store account.

Managing or canceling

View, change, or cancel subscriptions in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops renewal; you keep access until the current billing period ends.

After cancellation, entitlements revert according to your plan at the end of the billing period. Local data on your device remains until you delete it.

Legacy plans

Stores on older POS (₱200) and storefront add-on (₱100) plans continue to work during migration. New purchases use Team and Commerce product IDs.

Free tier and rewards

Solo stores may unlock catalog photos through B2B usage rewards or operator promotions. Your Settings screen shows current entitlements and plan name when sync is active.
